Meet Collette Blanchette

My name is Collette Blanchette and real estate has been my passion and profession since 1986. 

With 4 decades of experience, I have thrived and succeeded in all kinds of economies, through seller's markets, buyer's markets, recessions, foreclosures, short sales, mortgage melt downs,  and most recently a pandemic!   In all of those scenarios I have continued to be successful, always ranking as one of the top agents in the company and the valley.  
 
I've built great relationships with my colleagues and associates and have a reputation for honesty, professionalism and integrity.  With over 1000 homes successfully listed , sold and closed,  my success rate is almost 99%, the last time I had a listing expire without selling was in 2016.

Consequently, a large portion of my business is from referrals from satisfied clients.  In recent years, I've particularly enjoyed working with senior clients and helping them  transition to the life changes that aging brings.  They have been a great source of inspiration, delight and friendship over the years.  I'm also blessed to be able work with their families once parents have passed away and guide them through the process of trusts, probates  and estate sales with compassion so selling their parents homes is smooth and effortless and they can get back to their busy lives.

My husband and I have created a lovely life for ourselves in this sweet little valley and are currently enjoying sharing it with our 3 grandchildren and their parents.
